સસાધારણ પ્રગતિને અનુસરીને ધીરે ધીરે વિકસાવવા એ અમારૂં
ધ્યેય છે. ”

તે દૃષ્ટિએ તેમને શિક્ષણ આપવાની જરૂર છે. એમ કરવાને હેતુ એ છે કે
તેને લીધે સ્ત્રીઓના મનમાં તેમની આશા ને આકાંક્ષાનું ક્ષેત્ર અમર્યાદ ને
ખુલ્લું છે એવી ભાવના ઉત્પન્ન થશે. ’’
