મણિ૦– હવે અન્ય આસનો પ્રધાનજી સમજાવશે.
વિદ્યા૦- “નીતિ એટલે રાજ્યનીતિ અને રાજનીતિ. પાંચાલી તે પ્રજા અને પાંડવો તે રાજગુણ; તે ઉભયના કલ્યાણને માટે જે સાર્વજનિક વિચારથી રચાય તે રાજ્યનીતિ. રાજ્યનીતિ તે True statesmanship; રાજનીતિ તે માત્ર diplomacy and political craft or statecraft. એકલા રાજાની સત્તા સબળ કરવાને રાજા અથવા અમાત્ય જે પરાનુસન્ધાનાદિ કળાઓ વાપરે તે રાજનીતિ. સર્વદર્શન અને યોગથી જે લોકકલ્યાણને લક્ષ્ય કરનાર સિદ્ધાંત રચાય તે યોગાસન ઉપર. એ સિદ્ધાંતનો નિર્વાહ કરવા કેવાં સાધન શોધવાં અને સજ્જ કરવાં એ રાજ્યનીતિ નીતિઆસન ઉપર રચાય છે. તમારું રાષ્ટ્રીય ધર્મશાસ્ત્ર - International law - આ નીતિઆસન ઉપરથી જોવાય છે, ચક્રવર્તી ઈંગ્રેજ સરકાર સાથેનો વ્યવહાર આ નીતિઆસન ઉપરના વિચારમાંથી રચાય છે. This is the seat of perfecting Arjuna's Designs. યોગાસન ધનુષ્યધર છે. નીતિઆસન તેનું ધનુષ્ય છે.એ ધનુષ્ય ઉપર ક્રિયારૂપ બાણ ચ્હડાવવાનું કામ ક્રિયાસન પર થાય છે. વિજય અને વિભૂતિ એ બે વાનાં આ સર્વનાં ફળ છે. રાજ્યનીતિ આ આસનમાં રચાય છે. રાજનીતિ કૌરવભવનમાં રચાય છે અને તેનો અધિકાર રાજ્યનીતિને અનુકૂળ ર્હેવાનો છે.
